Anssen torch cutter

Application:

The auto torch cutter is used to make fast burning to the strand with fuel gas and oxygen in order to cut off it to the desired length.

Features:

It is an on-line equipment with light weight, less one-time investment and wider range of strand temperature. Due to the usage of auto clamping device, the torch is synchronous exactly with strand to guarantee the smaller cutting gap, flat and smooth surface and exact cut-to-length. It is used also for the cutting of billet head and tail and random length.

Cutting stroke: 700 – 1400 mm (adjustable)

Pressure of pneumatic system: 0.5 – 0.7 MPa

Return speed: 816 m/min (adjustable)

Torch speed: 0.41 – 0.48 m/min
(mechanical adjustment)

Oxygen pressure: 1.6 – 2.0 MPa

Propane: 0.05 – 0.07 MPa
